Deal Construction Company, Inc. is a fully licensed North Carolina General Contractor.  The owner, Wilson Deal, has been in the building business for over 22 years and began his own contracting company 16 years ago.   Deal Construction specializes in custom built homes with the finest quality construction and we have built many homes in the Watauga county area.  Additionally, we offer assistance with landscaping, water features, forest removal and tree pruning.  Our homes are built by our own craftsmen from foundation to "lights on", with the exception of the mechanical trades (HVAC, plumbing and electrical).  We use subcontractors that we have a longstanding relationship with.

We are open minded in utilizing all types of building materials and we are able to provide a wide range of talent to incorporate these into any home.  Our homes ranges from a luxurious rustic Northwestern log Home to a French Country Chateau.  Sizes range from 1,800 square feet to 11,000 square feet, heated.
